Jennifer G. Swanton brings deep experience in eDiscovery, records and information management, and legal operations, having served in senior corporate roles overseeing preservation, collection, processing, review, and long-term strategy. She also worked at an eDiscovery vendor, where she advised law firms and corporations on effective approaches to complex discovery matters and technology-driven legal workflows. Earlier in her career, she served at the South Carolina Court of Appeals as both a Staff Attorney and Law Clerk, and she is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, The George Washington University School of Business, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Joseph “Joe” P. Colucci brings more than 20 years of experience in legal technology, with a strong track record in business development across the eDiscovery space and related sectors. He is known for building relationships with high-level decision-makers in the legal industry and beyond, helping organizations navigate growth, strategy, and market opportunities in evolving technology environments. For more than a decade, Joe has also led business operations as Director and Co-Founder of Procertas LLC, a company focused on assessing and upskilling legal professionals in their use of core technologies, and he is a graduate of The Catholic University of America.

Tim Wilson is a nationally recognized legal leader with extensive experience in intellectual property strategy, litigation, and policy, developed through years of leadership in high-stakes legal and business environments. He previously served in senior legal roles at SAS Institute, where he led major intellectual property matters, including advocacy connected to the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu. He also founded and leads the Patent Quality Training and Education Foundation, which promotes excellence and diversity in patent law through education and scholarships, and now serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at RASA Energy, Inc.
